Why does my ex’s friends stare at me?

So this morning i walked to my car and saw my ex with her friend sitting on a near by bench. I didn’t think much of it until I closed the car door, and noticed my ex’s friend was staring at me, and she stared at me the whole time. I think even when I walked to my class. We broke up two years ago.

It could be anything, but most likely she just recognized you as her friend's ex. I've had exes' family do this to me as well, especially with one in particular who talked a lot of shit on me after we broke up and didn't get over it for years.

I glanced at them looked away and then when I get out of my car I notice her friend is still looking at me I didn’t stare at them
