Well like the image you posted, I wonder if she's hiding burns or something she doesn't like about her skin. I, personally, don't find tattoos on women attractive. I find human skin attractive.
Just my opinion, I don't see tattoos as been psychologically healthy as it's a fixation on your body, yet it's good for the mind to always be exposed to change and newness. A feeling that you're always on a journey and exploring new territory. A tattoo on my body would always remind me of the past. I don't think I'd be comfortable with that.
Somewhat agree, but bumper stickers can look good on a Ferrari, depending on the type of bumper stickers, the location of them, and how many of them are there. If a Ferrari has too many bumper stickers, it’s not going to look really appealing. Likewise, if a Ferrari has a properly placed and aesthetic bumper sticker, then that might be able to make the Ferrari look more unique.
but bumper stickers can look good on a Ferrari,
You will never own a Ferrari lol
Let me dream coach!
Worse than a bumper sticker. It makes them look like the inside pages of a comic book. There are plenty of people with skin disorders, like port wine stain birthmarks, skin cancer, dermatitis, and any number of things. These people would love to have the clear skin that some women cover up with tattoos. When I see things like this I go, Ohhh! Gross!
Yes! But not just women. The lead singer Of Highly Suspect, Johnny, who I always had a crush on when he was just a local kid in my neighborhood, once famous, went and got tattooed ALL over his body He could have been a model but now..

Depends on the girl. I feel
like that’s tattoos in general... you need a certain look to really pull it off, but it’s trendy the last decade or two so everyone is trying to do it because the next guy or gal is doing it. I’m pretty sure everyone that’s super-tatted up will look horrific when they’re elderly lmao, I’m trying to mentally prepare myself for that, haha, I’m used to just some old guy with a single Navy anchor tat on his forearm or something, but these head to toe people are gonna look WILD as olds lmfao. But I guess the tats are really for when we’re young and beautiful, and I don’t hate the look on the right girl. I don’t equate them with trashiness, that’s kinda dumb, I’m just kinda like “I like to rock n’ roll all night, and part of every day...”, lmao, I’m probably not hardcore enough for a chick like that. “I usually have errands, I can rock n’ roll from like 1-3.”
to follow up on your comparison, it's not like adding bumper stickers to a ferrari, but like drastically modifying/altering your ferrari and expecting to sell it fast.
It might be making it more beautiful to some but there will be very few. Instead, many people will definitely look at it and appreciate the work visually. Some will maybe ask for a "test ride" just for the thrill, with no actual intention to buy it, but they will eventually move away and stop showing interest because it's no longer a ferrari and modifications, especially severe ones, might only mean there might be trouble with how the ferrari works.
If someone can get a ferrari, I think they want it genuine, not extremely modified.
Personally, I don't see why anyone cannot do anything with their "property" which our bodies are to us, but they should also understand that it raises questions and eyebrows.
I may draw some hateful responses, but I suspect that people who cover themselves with tattoos have a psychological disorder concerning their body image similar to the psychological disorder suffered by anorexics and bulemics.
You are not wrong
I was wondering the same thing OAW. The idea might be the tattoos are protecting her from certain "types" of men, just as an obese body will keep away other types of men... It's a protection spell.
Bumper stickers you can’t remove without ripping off the paint.
I know most tattooed people aren’t necessarily trashy or ghetto. I was involved with MMA for almost 10 years. EVERYBODY (except me) had ink.
With that said I personally don’t like ink on women. I try not to judge but to me it destroys their femininity. I once dated a girl who would have been a supermodel if wasn’t for her choice to sleeve up. She went from a 10 to 8. It just diluted what she could have been. She also attracted a lot of violent abusive ghetto assholes... and those guys don’t mind ink as much.
Now some girls are going to get pissed off that I said that. But ladies you judge guys on SO many different things, many of them intangible or hypocritical. At least the decision to get ink or not is objective.
I hate when people say things like this. A Ferrari is owned by someone, used by someone, showed off, it's an object. Comparing a person to an object (male/female) is just disgusting honestly. It's fine to not like tattoos or that many, but to say it ruins someone's beauty or value is just not cool man. I personally find beauty in tattoos, its unique. It's like artwork, each one has a story. And you never know what their reasoning for having them may be. Tattoos have been around for thousands of years as a way to show achievements, values, to tell a story, it's like a way to show people what you are on the inside.
Well the poll says it all.
Indeed it does. Looks like more guys agree with that statement than girls. How surprising lmfao.
@glutendan you dont understand then but that's fine. You can do whatever you want with your body, it's yours. But when it comes to someone's else's body, well they have the same right as you do. Respect that instead of trying to tell people what to do. I have only one tattoo, I got it when I was 18. It's a sun sleeping, I got it in memory of my grandma. She use to sing you are my sunshine to me and that's the song she sang to her father in law during his last breaths. I look at it and it reminds me of her and its something that I'll always have. People come up to me and tell me how beautiful it is, even people who dont like tattoos, and when I tell them I got it for my grandma it really touches them. I'm a server at a country club and I brought a table their check and the whole table, all 8, sang you are my sunshine to me. Complete strangers, and it was all cause they asked about my tattoo. I still cry when I think of that, I'll always remember that. So yeah, you can have your opinion but don't judge someone because they have tattoos. You dont know their story
Ok then get one, I still stand by it being stupid. It's not like you need to inject ink into your body making yourself look worse to remember someone. I'm not dictating what you can or can't do I'm just poking fun at the fact that most tattoos are meaningless and all are pointless.
You have one tattoo. I don't see that as a problem as many people have a couple. It is when they have their entire body covered like a rug on the floor where it becomes a bit much. She has even started on her face. Any beauty she had is gone, in my opinion. Not only that but her ability to find a good paying job will be limited as most of the public don't want to see that kind of thing where they do business.
@Daniela1982 well she doesn't look homeless to me, she actually prob makes a lot more than you and me both considering how much tattoos cost. There's a lot of successful people who have lots of tattoos because they got to a point in their career where they're their own boss. I've seen nurses covered in tats and doctors. Most places that dont allow them are ones that have to do with customer service, where the customers are always right, and considering there are more people who like to judge off someone's appearance before even talking to them the majority wins. But good convo, but it's pointless to continue further. Have a good one
Nah, she is probably shacked up with some other tattoo lover who pays all the bills for having fetish sex with a comic book. I bet those pages get sticky. So she blows all her money on tattoos. When all her skin is covered she will start on her tonsils, tongue, and around her ring piece. She may even tattoo her uvula ( that thing that hangs down in the back of her throat). So when is enough enough? She has so many tats people might think she is black. I seriously hate to think what will happen when she runs out of skin. Start tattooing her dog or kids?
@Daniela1982 Heh. That's funny. Tattoo Rescue is going to have a hard time with this one.
I said other because I love tattoos, but not to the extreme of the person pictured. It's too much. I like nudity too, and my poor artist's eye can't see naked body under all that art. This sounds crazier than I wanted...
Tattoos are better when they accent the body, versus cover it up. I've seen some big pieces that I found very attractive and well positioned.
The above photo, to me, is the same as piercing your entire face. One or two can show a lot of confidence. A whole face-full does the exact opposite.
Some do go over boardcwith Tats. When you can't figure out where one ends and another begins or what they are supposed to be its cray cray...
by the way, I wouldn't even put bumper stickers on my Pontiac Sunbird!!
Her skin, her choice, her life. Why judge other people's decisions that really have nothing to do with you. People are so quick to judge and negative. Live and let live.
I don't disagree!
Cool to know coach
In my opinion, yes. I'm not a huge fan of tattoos in the first place, but I really don't like the look of someone covered in them at all. I honestly think tattoos only look worse as they age and fade as well, and multiple and/or large ones really show it.
Before anyone jumps down my throat (because I know they will), I'm not saying nobody should get these if that's what they want. Just stating my personal preference. If you like this look, tattoo away.
I think it just depends on the tattoo. Everybody has the right to do whatever they want with their bodies, but I think some tattoos are just ugly. I wouldn’t really compare it to put bumper stickers on a car, because women aren’t objects, but I do think a bad tattoo can subtract from a persons attractiveness.
Jesus christ our bodies aren't products. They're not there for looking nice to other people, they're for carrying us around in. It doesn't fucking matter if YOU don't like the look of tattoos, when it comes to my body the ONLY opinion that matters is my own.
Good, you like them. That is your right and it is our right not to like them.
OMG yes. It's one thing to have one tattoo for personal reasons or one that draws attention to a nice figure (the classic "tramp stamp" does do this, despite the epithet). It is quite another to just ink oneself.
Well I think excessive tattoos are unattractive on both men and women, so I don't know why this is a gendered question
I think it’s seen as less attractive for women because women’s beauty is sensuality and feminine and soft. A lot of tattoos makes a woman look more “rough” or rugged. Where’s men’s beauty is often rugged anyway because of our size musculature and hair. So looking more rough or rugged ruins a mans aesthetic because men already are rugged naturally compared to women. And some women find it hot for a man to be or look more rough and rugged
Not necessarily. But tbh I'd fucking love a ferrari even if it had bumper stickers on it.
Ha no doubt!
Yep, the female body is a work of art and big part of the allure is the skin. The soft, sensual skin and curves. Small tattoos are fine but big, gaudy multiple ones like In the pic take away from the real visual Beauty which is her skin and far beautiful than any ink stain.
No because beauty is subjective. If she wants to cover herself with tattoos then who has the right to stop her? Surely she still sees herself as beautiful otherwise what's the point. They say the body is a canvas and tattoos are indeed art. I'm sure there's plenty of people out there who love a woman covered in tattoos.
She can do what she wants of course but a woman’s beautiful skin will always be more beautiful to guys than ink. I’d think women would realize how beautiful their bodies are but I wonder if they really know when they get a ton of tattoos.
I don't think the question is whether you CAN.
The question is whether you SHOULD.
I CAN put a firecracker up my ass and light it, and nobody has the right to stop me. That doesn't mean I SHOULD do it.
I don’t know really. There’s always an opposite view. Like a canvas without anything on it isn’t as interesting to look at as one touched by artistic tools. At the end of the day we all have to make the choices about our looks that we like best/ we are confident in. Rather than strangers tastes.
I think that difference perhaps and why some women don;t understand and feel a canvas without anything on it is not as interesting to look at. The reason I think may be because it's from a platonic perception. I know women feel they are beautiful I think and see it in other women and their bodies. I think the difference is coming from an admiration perspective since most women are straight, so perhaps seeing how the body, female body as a canvas, bare isn't as interesting to look at as one touched by artistic tools. I'm telling you, if you're sexually attracted to the female body, there's nothing uninteresting about a woman's bare, sensual skin vs ink. Perhaps to people not turned on, or sexually attracted to women, they may see it that way. But that's why you see so many guys find it unattractive for a woman to have too many or gaudy tattoos. The unique female beauty gets tainted from the ink, and makes a woman look rougher.
The point of the OP and others, is not that women shouldn't have tattoos. It's their body, they can obviously do what they want with their bodies. But it takes away the aesthetic of their natural beauty, that they must not see in themselves?
@brennanhuff I respect others views but I can’t agree. I’ve heard many times how beautiful the stories are of the tattoos women choose for themselves. It’s like little pieces of who they are echoed off their skin. Not to mention how sexy many others find it. Being that in order to make some permanent decision, a real commitment and to put ourselves out there without concerns if what we find beautiful others will or not... that sorta confidence it isn’t within everyone and thats pretty beautiful too 😇
But do you truly find your own skin and body beautiful and sensual to cover over it with ink? They may feel they are beautiful, but I wonder the extent or if not truly seeing their body all that great to get so many tats. If a woman saw her body in the way guy's see it, I think a woman would be less likely to cover up her body with tattoos. That's why I brought up sexual attraction.
@brennanhuff I again have to disagree. We don’t think of a woman in a glittering gown as not appreciating her body as she chose to cover it in this distracting cloth rather than something that allows more focus on just how beautiful she is without some fancy gown. I don’t imagine we will see this topic in the same light. But that’s okay can you picture how dull life would be if everyone thought the same? How fortune we are to live here where differences exist so life remains ever interesting 😇
hahahaha. geeeeett the fuck outta here, first of all, she has given people a reason to not only slowly strip but touching her it is a no brainer.. she's bi and shows it, and high wen she blows it, wide eyed when i shows it...
its fun writing as u think it, wtf was the que3tion anyway? oh yea, your afraid of girls
It's one of the worst things in our time. I remember when you never saw tattoos on women. As Marxist ideology and supposed "feminism" did it's damage, women started getting them out of "equality" . So now women have gross looking nasty tattoos on them and it makes them ugly simple as that. Women aren't men and never will be.
