we aren't boyfriend and girlfriend yet. But know eachother quite well. And theirs an obvious attraction between us.

her parrents get along with my family very well, They always invite me over for dinner. and to hang out.

If she declines but suggests a alternate at a later date she's interested, ask her again or setup an alternate date.
If she declines without any alternate she's simply not interested.
