Yeah, that's entirely possible.
The pill works by altering the horomones in the woman's body, essentially fooling her body into thinking it's already pregnant.
And pregnancy is a mess of horomones.
It's worth asking if she'd be willing to switch pills or try you using a condom instead. That said, I know when I was on the pill I just would've refused switching - I thought it was fine (how wrong), but I knew for sure that I wasn't willing to go through the adjustment period for a new brand all over again.
I'm legit so excited I've been approved for a bilateral saplingectomy and my partner has a vasectomy. Not needing to worry about getting pregnant is awesome, especially considering neither of us want children.

Hormones can cause a lot of behavioral changes. And bc is comprised of 2 hormones.
I'd be more surprised if it didn't. You play with hormones like that, you're going to get some serious changes.
