Why my ex unblocked me? Just to make me jealous/mad?

Why my ex who tells everybody that she's over me suddenly unblocks me from Instagram without saying a word just to post bitter quotes about me and pictures with her boyfriend who was her ex before me... I'm not posting anything, i'm not talking about her with anyone.
I love her and respect her but i'm getting mad... I know that's what se wants but it's annoying.

i'm not stalking her profile, i just got a lot of screenshots from my friends🤦🏻‍♂️the stuff she's posting are too obvious.

1. Even if she is, how does stalking her profile to then create problems out of nothing help you?

2. For what reason do you assume the worst when you can't know for sure?

I've had multiple exes do things like this and I only know a little because friends who followed them told me about it. When they told me I would say, "what makes you think I want to know?".

They stopped bringing it up. I didn't see whatever emotions they were spilling online. I focused on my life. I forgave them for the things they did and forgave myself for the things I did and moved on happily.

Invariably all of my exes have come back around at some point to either get back together, to come back into my life, or to make it right. That happens only when you move on.

You move on by shifting your focus to your life and what best serves you rather than your ex girlfriends life.

Besides, why did she unblock him in the first place? You can still have someone in your block-list and move on with life.
