Why does this girl shamelessly want to use me?

I'm sick of being used by people like this.
This girl who'm once i had a crush on and asked her out but she said no asked me for help with something about her schoolwork and i was very willing to help her. She afterwards told me that we'll be friends again and that she'd follow me on Instagram.

Today when i woke up she had blocked meWhy do girls do this to me... Is it because I'm an ugly Incel. And you see now it's not my personality that's the problem!

well okay, have you tried to find a common ground so they can help you out sometimes.
Example 1:
Me: Becomes friends with a girl and when she asks for help im ok with it and there's no expectation of asking for anything in return, we regularly meet up and have fun and its a meaningful friendship
Her: [1yr later] i will hook him up with a hotty in my group.
Me: holy sh..😮
Example 2:
Me: got to know a girl and because she was decent i helped her when she was stressed.
Her: When he's in trouble i'll listen to him and support him
Me: 😥 if she wasn't there id have no one! damn

I get that you get shafted sometimes, but dont just help a randomer. Help someone who deserves it by developing kindness and friendship first. Stop helping anyone who hasn't demonstrated value.

When I was in high school and college I ran into a similar situation. Where a girl wanted my notes, homework, or textbook. Usually I just played dumb and said I didn't have it or I'm not finished with my hw.

It has happened to me before where I helped a girl out and when I asked her to return the favor. All I hear are excuses or just flat out not say anything.

I think women assume they can get whatever they want just cause they're a girl and they exploit that.

There was an old story where a girl used dating websites to get free fancy dinners several times a month from guys.
