Why is my wife crying?

My wife just found out she's pregnant she can't stop crying neither can I I'm so happy. Why is she crying? How can I make her feel better? Is it ok to cry?

I cry when I feel positive emotion so it’s not necessarily a bad thing and if you want her to have a healthy pregnancy you should treat her like a princess for the next 9-10 months because I’m reading in a medical book that positive social relationships during a pregnancy boost the intelligence and immune system of the baby in her stomach. You want her to feel calm and relaxed so play the flute or the piano, do gardening work, feed her nutritious meals and her baby might become a surgeon one day!
