My wife seems so irritated?

My Stay at home wife always seems irritated now. Today she wanted to go ride her horse. While she was packing the car with her saddle and stuff I was looking for something to eat when she came in I kept asking her what she wants for food, she said I don't know Cracker Barrel sounds nice. I said I don’t want to go out but there is nothing to eat l I’ll admit I did sound grumpy. But she unpacked the car, took her chaps off, and took her boots off and said started unthawing meat. I said why don’t you go and her comment was “no I just gotta cook you something makes no sense for me to go” she seemed bummed as she’s been trying to go all week but she gets pulled back. So I understand why she was upset. She does handle everything and I mean everything, the pets, our two children, food, cleaning, laundry, yard work even on the weekends she just does it all, while I sit and do really nothing except tv or video games I work really long hours. But lately she just gets overwhelmed easily and irritated. She never wants to sit down and watch tv with me. She just sits on the porch, cleans or just goes in our bedroom and lays down. She never dresses nice anymore, or puts makeup on or really does anything with her hair. Is she getting depressed?
