My girlfriend wear on vacation and weekend sunbathing.
because the attention competition is tough and they have two ways to win:

Yes there are cases where some think like that but as far as I know, it’s not about the stares it’s about all of the creepy unwanted comments and touches.
The point is no women say that but pretty much all the women do dress like that don't need to say it since their actions speak louder than their words.

@jspl90 I’m not really bothered by guys looking, I feel like that’s something most people do when they see someone they find attractive. Like you said, even girls do that when they see hot guys. But as long as they stick to just looking and don’t get all creepy and touchy, it’s fine.
