Yes it's going to get male attention but it is not going to be good attention unless all you want from him is a sexual situation. He's not going to look at you as girlfriend material or anything more than sex in most cases so think about the attention you want

I wouldn't be that black and white about it. It's like me asking "Is treating a woman like crap a good way to get her attention"? No but if you treat her too well she's liable have no respect for you.
No you don't have to act like a hoe. But how do you expect him to have any interest in you if you show NO interest in him? In other words if you show zero affection. Expect zero reaction. At some point the guy gets the hint and takes over. But some guys take more hints and prodding then others.

Well, I feel like saying “no,” but I’d have to see how exactly she acts. If she seems to be all over me, giving me clear signs that she likes me, then I would take that positively in the right context/situations regardless of how aggressive or assertive sexually she was. It depends how they do it. I don't really like the word hoe but they are consider one if they are wear really sexy clothes and are sexy themselves attract me but if they are scuzzy or and in it for drugs instead of money then yeah I don't get my attention. I never had sex with a hoe or escort but they get my attention and consider it.

Well it depends on specifics here (how exactly? what is she doing?), but for me there is no "acting like a hoe". I'll often see it differently. For me it's confidence (which like you women like in guys, we also find attractive, especially when it's body confidence or sexual), so yes that does get my attention. And if that includes not caring what people think of her, and being sexually open minded, that also gets my attention and I find attractive.
