I will not type a 1000 characters backstory , amma get straight to the point...
She says she feels great with me and I make her confortable but afterwards , when she leaves me , she feels stressed or guilty for hugging or kissing me or something... what the hell is happening?

If she doesn't know how she feels now, how do you expect me to know how she feels for me to tell you how she feels?

Also, if you wrote your post grammatically correct with precise punctuation you'd have less characters in said post rather than filling it up with unnecessary spaces and full stops one after the other.

Suggest you focus on your English as a priority rather than worrying what she feels or doesn't feel.

One lesson you can take from this reply is that a girl/woman's feeling change from one moment to the next. They go through a rollercoaster of emotions and feelings day in and day out.

Sounds more like she won't accept how she feels due to some type of sexual guilt imprinted on her. That is common for victims of sexual assault, or maybe religious/conservative parents. That's my best guess with the provided information.

the answer is more complex then just this but her not having been in a relationship or serious relationship before would make sense, have you set any boundaries or anything with eachother

I don't push her or pressure her in doing something she doesn't feel comfortable doing... she just overthinks everything and gets to a point where it becomes very stressful for her , the only thing that I can give her is time...🤷🏻‍♂️
