Why do women secretly take pride in the fact that they cheated on someone and maybe a guy didn't know it, but lose their minds if they get cheated on and are ready to hate all men?
I know, I know. Somebody will say men are cheaters and happy cheating - which to some extent really is true. But I personally believe that women cheat more than men, it's just that their cheating is less noticed, which they take pride in.
Statistically, men still cheat more than women. How many women do you know that would solicit a prostitute? Most men who solicit prostitutes are in relationships or married. That's a whole business profiting off of male cheating.
But to answer your question, I only know one woman that was proud of cheating on her husband, and I have a large number of female friends. I also worked in the wedding industry for 8 years, so I saw a lot of couples and followed their relationships after they added me on Facebook. This particular woman was a raging narcissist. She literally begged her boyfriend to propose to her after I got engaged because she was jealous that I got engaged before her (who does that?). She was selfish, shallow, and treated her guy like complete crap. He didn't see it. He had rose-tinted glasses and in his eyes, she could do no wrong. We all thought their relationship might last because he loved her so much. This was not the case. She started cheating on him less than a year after they were married. She told him, after having sex with him one night, that she was leaving him and disclosed her affair to him. She left him for that guy. I had NEVER ever seen a woman do that and be proud of it until that moment. I have a lot of female friends and have seen a lot of relationship dynamics because of my job. The 99% of all the other women that I know are not cheaters and are loyal, loving women. Maybe I just have an awesome and very mature group of friends, but I literally only know one out of tons of women that have cheated, and she happened to be proud of it. Mature, morally grounded women do not cheat. The problem with our society is that morality is dying, which is causing a lack of commitment in both genders overall.
Tough situation, and I'm sure the guy must've been really broken.
However, I do still think women cheat more, yes. If we believe that a woman can have sex or a relationship any time they want then it's impossible to believe that men cheat more. And your point about married men cheating with prostitutes would prove that. They must not be able to cheat with just any woman they want. Although I do know that a lot of married men who go to hookers say they do because the hookers let them do what they want or at least make the sex more exciting.
That's bs. And why women don't go for an escort is because you get laid super easy. Don't even have to be looking good and already have tons of options.
It's actually pretty even, and in a lot of places women actually cheat more. Women also end about 80% of relationships.
Cheaters are scum, in both genders. And a lot of them are proud of getting some. It's a validation thing.
@cookiecrusher Yeah, hit them with fact bombs. It's always the statistics until you find the online dating stats that show nearly 60% are married and dating. A lionshare of married women, who also lead in filing for divorce.
And studies also shows that women gets away with it. Social experiments proves how society just believes in women more and also the study called "women are wonderful effect". That makes a good counter argument for that "men cheats more statistically" notion you're talking about.
I dont think many are proud they cheated but are probably happily surprised they got away with it. Cheating is not my thing, plus im bad at names, but luckily most of my exes had the same names so i couldve easily gotten away with it had i had no morals
I don't think women are generally proud of cheating.
In my experience, and what I see in the media and in life. Most women are so ashamed of the fact that they cheated, they act like it never happened, or go through insane lengths to not get caught. They will make up insane rules in their head to justify their actions rather than just face the fact that they cheated. Like we only made out, or I was drunk so it doesn't count, etc...
I've only ever seen a few women online, brag about it, and they are usually the gold digger types. Not any respectable woman.
I think men and women cheat about the same amount, maybe men a bit more, but women are just better at hiding it usually.
True points. But are women really better at hiding it? Or a lot of guys just don't want to believe it? Because there are always clues that something is going on, even when the person thinks they're not leaving a trail behind.
I think a lot of it is guys trusting women too much, just how we are raised. Women cheating is not something that is talked about much either, and society usually puts most of the blame on men in that regard.
It also seems, that when a woman does cheat, people seem to justify it by saying well the man fucked up in some way and that's why she cheated. Society in general treats women like children in a lot of ways. And they seem to enjoy the comfort of being able to hide behind the excuse of being a fragile woman when it suits them, and they can save face.
I think also, because a man's ego is so wrapped up in his sex life, that if his woman cheats. It's not something that is going to be talked about with others much. He doesn't want people to know because it makes him seem like less of a man, and she doesn't want people to know because it paints her in a bad light. So it stays silent.
When a man cheats, women scream it from the rooftops, key cars, burn people's shit, make tik tok videos, etc... It's a very vocal and obvious problem. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
But I don't know I'd say they take pride in it tho. Getting away with it I do think they take pride in. a lot of girls pride themselves on being successfully Deceptive or sneaky.
So it's not so much about the cheating. It's about what they were able to get away with, but that's just my opinion. The way girls talk about cheating overwhelmingly is still that it's a shameful act.
They'll try to justify it a thousand ways. But if it's something they do consistently the conversation will be about either 1. He doesn't even know (proud of deception) or 2. He's probably cheating on me too (justification)

Just looking at this part of your question: "lose their minds if they get cheated on and are ready to hate all men" Women can get very emotional over a huge variety of things. They live in a (western) society where they aren't held accountable for most of their actions so there's little to no downside for them doing things out of anger. A man has to exercise a lot of self-control to make it through life or he'll wind up shot by the cops or locked in prison for a long time.
Immaturity. These women gossip with their friends like they are in school still. If cheating doesn’t bring you some level of shame I find this confusing. Unless of course the guy being cheated on is a manipulative narcissist then I don’t understand it. Just divorce or end the relationship.
Not sure that they truly do take pride in it. But I think some do get a greater sense of self esteem or self worth out of doing it to someone. They have some insecurity that makes them feel vulnerable, so they cheat on a guy before he hurts them... and some how that makes them feel better?
I don't get it either, but I think it must work that way some how... and yes men kinda do the same thing... but men are just looking for sex. Men are not trying to hurt the girl intentionally... or honeslty not really thinking much about the girls feelings in general, they just like having sex no matter where it comes from or when and get all caught up in the moment... they are just ass holes that way. I girls the same is true for some or most women too.
I just suspect girls are far more likely to have preempted revenge sex then a guy is.
Define who they are proud to? And Age? And demographics?
No woman is going to be openly proud to cheat, infront of the world. They get stigmatized as it is, if they even show too much skin in public.
But if the woman is young, or have a circle of friends who are playing the field, they often reward each other with validation if they are being apart of the group. This is often a younger group of women out to have a good time, and within their inner circle they will talk and act worse than men who are dogs, because sex is easy for any woman.

It’s not a gender thing, it’s a piece of sh*t human thing. I know a lot of men who enjoy cheating, I myself have been cheated on many times, though I’ve never cheated on anyone. I have female friends who have cheated on their exes before, but they weren’t proud of it at all. But again, it isn’t a gendered case. Doesn’t matter what’s between your legs, if you’re proud of cheating then you’re garbage, whether you’re a man or a woman or something else.
This is a really stupid question clearly made to get a reaction out of women, since you aim it at us. Go find something better to do.

I have never cheated either. There are good people out there dont focus on the negative people or you will attract more. After all misery loves company.
Maybe they just want to have fun, statistically there are obviously less women than men, there are gonna be higher number of good looking men, maybe they want to make it fair for everyone since so many men are there. I don't think women are proud of cheating, no one cheats if they're satisfied with his/her partner, perhaps her boyfriend isn't emotionally available or he simply doesn't work out or does work out and is ugly in general, something of the sort, it's all satisfaction and it depends on what compromises and sacrifices you're gonna make and whether you'll last or not, if you don't think you're capable enough of living without these, don't date him/her, if you think you would do with someone abusive or unavailable or angry or ugly, what evs just do it, it's all emotional strength and decision making..

Because it's a game, and that's a win. They're not afraid of losing the guy they're cheating on, so the game is to use him for stability while having some extra exciting fun. Why do you think marriage is such a big issue for women? It gives them that stability even if they lose him! Marriage is the ultimate guarantee that she'll have no financial consequences no matter how things end.
Women constantly seek validation and when they cheat they do it for attention and to test the waters elsewhere but also test the old guy to see “how much he cares” and if the male takes them back it makes them feel like the guy “really cares for them” because he could forgive her being a whore. Little do they know that they guy will secretly resent her forever and see her as tainted, he will keep playing the “loving partner” until something better comes along and then toss her the the garbage she is.
Just because you "personally believe" something, don't make it true... Are there women that cheat? Of course there is, but there's also women that don't and women that are the ones that get cheated on... Who cheats more, men or women? I can't honestly answer that any more than you can🤷🏼♀️

Yes. I do believe women cheat more than men, and they're happy that it is less noticed and suspected. You don't have to agree with that, and I'm okay with it.
@Brainsbeforebeauty Maybe what I believe is based off of facts and reality that people don't talk about. Maybe it's harder for some people to grasp if you're not a guy who has experience with the opposite sex.
But then that's judging a whole gender based off the few you know, just because you've had experience with some women doesn't mean you know what I or any other female you haven't had experience with is like.. I'm sure you want people to think of you based off your own actions and not the actions of other men, right?

And the same could be said of women, you just have to take time to really get to know them individually and you'd see not all women act, think, walk, talk the same... Women emotionally cheat more without a doubt. They'll even use excuses like leaving a relationship and getting into another one right away as "not cheating." Women initate more divorces and break ups so they can get with another guy. So yes, women do cheat more than men.

Not sure. Ego boost? Same for everyone though. I’m not a cheater and I couldn’t imagine cheating, but I don’t think anyone is really “proud” of being labeled a cheater, but I think they are proud that they can get men/women because it shows they they’re attractive, I guess. Ego boost like I said.
Because women absolutely love drama. Cheating virtually guarantees drama, or at the very list has a high risk of drama, and women love that "could be caught at any moment" kind of feeling. They also love attention, and two men is twice the attention of one, and many women cheat with more than one side piece.
Plus if they feel they’re not receiving the attention from their boyfriend they attempt to force him to give her attention by cheating. To her, it’s considered a win win because she’s getting affection from someone else and at the same time making her boyfriend wary of the possibility that she’s cheating on him. In turn turning his attention to focus on her. That way she ends up with the attention of two different men. Again, proof that women are made to be polyamorous and men monogamous

I've always been against cheating and I've written my share of comments on accounts that talk about cheating on this site, woman or man, I don't care. It's wrong and you're trash if you do it. In my eyes, everyone should be against cheating.
It’s basically a power trip. Women are aware that they hold all the cards since they generally have much easier access to sex and commitment than the guys they are dating more often than not. It’s not even so much that they’re better liars as much as it is they know most guys wouldn’t dare call them out on it lest they sabotage the relationship.
As it stands, men tend to cheat more than women. According to information collected by the 2018 General Social Survey, 20 percent of married men and 13 percent of married women have slept with someone other than their partner.
More men admit, women don't. There is also a lot of father's who actually think the their kid is their biological kid too.
Plus women don't cheat, in their minds. They are actually looking for better partners. Just because they are in the process doesn't make it cheating. Ask yourself, how many women break up to nearly having a boyfriend a couple of months later? And that's when they make it known to others.

Case in point. In the UK, there was a story dropped that men were finding out that their kids were not their biological offspring, and the story estimated based on samples, that it could be up to a third of population. This caused wide spread condemnation, because there was no proof, and a day later laws were passed that simply states that in the UK, no man can do a paternity test on his own children without written permission from the mother with up to three years jail if they don't get permission, and now the labs will not test unless they get permission...
This is how it works. You can't get scientific studies unless you can test and have real data to work with.
So how do we know. Well, it's not opinoon, but it is checked. When guys are out looking for self-help on the internet, there are surveys that ask did your ex cheat in the marriage. Most claim yes.
Not to mention there are all kinds of female content producers who talk about letting men date you to get a free meal. That's it's suddenly only to date many until you find the one. That being a modern woman can and should seek out all her options.
We guys read and watch this stuff. I really wished we knew the real numbers.
One real opinion I have heard is that women have always been like this, but scince the red pill wisdom came out, no one knew or cared. It was like the best kept secret.

Still not seeing any evidence... Where are the surveys, studies, statistics? That was along reply that could have just been summed up with, "I don't have any legitimate data that supports my stance but I am going stick with it because it makes me feel better about myself."

@Subarugirl I don't live by statistics for the most part. I used to study all that years ago when I studied feminism, and learned that both go hand-in-hand. Statistics are in largely in women's favor, which is why they use them for their arguments a lot. But statistics showing that women divorce more than men, have more credit card debt than men, sleep around more than men, etc. are what they ignore. And of course statistics don't get everybody. Even the Census has been overcounting women for years while undercounting POC, giving us the false numbers that women are 51% of the population.
well the age range most guys are interested in the girl is cheating more. that's probably why women get cheated suspiciously by men since most are aiming for those age ranges for marriage. "first impressions are everything" kind of deal I guess. Cheating is ALWAYS wrong no matter who does it. Cheaters need to be called out on it. However I dont think men or women are proud of being cheaters outside of like social media where they gain clout from feminists or red pill depending on their gender and circle. I know I PERSONALLY am more trusting of older women in the 30+ crowd then women in the 18-25 range. that's for damn sure. I think the older guys probably cheat because their value is in resources and younger girls cheat because their value is in youth and beauty (from the typical standpoint of opposite sexes, generally speaking). This is just stuff I observe in life. There was a study that said that those coming up after Millenials have women leading men in infidelity anywhere from 1-3%. can't find the study anymore. Could even be a hoax so I won't say much about it other than I think it might be out there and if so you can find it and verify it for yourself.
@Subarugirl All you're doing is just dodging my point and trying to deflect what this post is detailing by presenting studies, as if they would make it non-existent that women who cheat are proud of it just because studies detail how many men have cheated. You got loads of guys out there who hookup and you could probably find a study on that too, but just because you do doesn't make it false that there are a lot of women out there doing the same thing, even if researchers aren't jotting every single case down. Imagine what ISN'T being researched.
