What does it mean when a guy and girl just naturally start chatting or becoming friendly?

I don't really know this girl but lately we've just naturally started smiling and waving at each other. Now we've naturally just started talking everytime we see each other. But we don't actually know each other.

No I don't think she is that. I'mnjust curious about her behaviour towards a guy she barely knows. Like this vibe that we know each has naturally happened.
