Why does my friend emotionally attack me?

I told her I went on a trip for the weekend and she seemed like her tone of voice was rude and she was complaining when will she get travel and if I make big portion she constantly at me because I'm thin

Seems like a toxic friendship to me. Based on your other responses, she probably doesn't communicate with you about what she feels or her situation and instead lashes out at you.

I had a friend that got insecure with almost anything I said (it wasn't my intention either). The gym I go to gave me a body analysis and said I'm skinny fat. When I told her that she told me, "Shut up, you look skinny and that's what matters." when skinny fat isn't healthy lol.

Or when I saved up to go shopping she freaked out when my purchases came to $500 ish. She was ranting over at the cashier, when we left the store and around the mall like, "I can't believe you would spend this much like that's a lot what the heck I could never" it was terrible

Your situation is kinda similar to my experience. She just seems to like complaining about everything you get that she doesn't get. Most likely out of jealousy.

Yeah it's absolutely draining are you friends with this person still? Always made me feel bad about everything I did she said I wasn't smart, lashes out out I travel, gets jealous because I'm getting a graduate job interview, the fact I'm in shape the list goes on and on. I'm not really friends with that girl anymore. She texted me once saying how she doesn't like how I'm friends with someone she couldn't be friends with. After that, it just got awkward and we don't text or hangout anymore.

It’s because she doesn’t like you that much. Men seem to differ from women. They either talk to a woman because a) they like her or b) they want sex and think if they talk maybe she will even if it takes years.
women have far more options that a or b as to why they talk to men.
women can actually not like you and not want sex from you and talk to you. They may take to you because they are lonely and just want someone to chat to. And often emotional attacks can come out, because they actually hate you but feel they need you. Maybe they need the emotional intimacy.

she's an absolute nazi I remember I came home from Switzerland and she was having a big moan "oh when will I travel blah blah" it's probably because scotrish citizens get more finance help then other European residents so she had to work a lot.
