What does it mean if a girl makes eye contact with her head facing the ground?

Recently, I had an incident where a shy girl tiltered her head towards the ground and to the side while looking at me (I caught her and made eye contact with her)

Another time while we were next to each other working together, I caught her looking into my eyes while her head faced towards the ground. She was also genuinely smiling.

Some other signs include:

- Offering to help me.
- Staring intently at me when I'm not looking and getting caught by me
- Sometimes the pitch of her voice changes

Any help appreciated.
