Is it fair to fire a colleague cos she ‘doesn’t fit in’?

She hasn’t made any mistakes in her job, and comes across as socially awkward - and doesn’t fit into a party hard group in a corporate.

Would you say that those are fair grounds to get rid of her with immediate effect?

Colleagues have speculated that she made mistakes. There is proof she didn’t, but it appears the biggest problem is not fitting in tbh, as the main grounds for firing her...
