Not necessarily. The problem is that, usually, when we compliment guys, they 99% of the time think we're flirting, so we avoid it to not pass wrong impressions or also because sometimes we're just taking it slow and don't want to seem desperate.

Another thing is that we will totally choose an average/ugly guy who has an amazing personality and great qualities over a super handsome one with no personality. Women are sensitive and will find you attractive for who you are and how you treat them, primarily.

And lastly, tge meme you posted is quite true too. Whenever I start complimenting a guy a lot he will generally act like he's better than me. it's insulting so I prefer to let them know their place and compliment them for their personality or other aspects that i like about them.😇

Not necessarily, since girls don't ever seem to compliment men, at all. I've certainly never been complimented before (gotten plenty of *backhanded* compliments, though), and apparently, this is true for MANY men, as well.
