The large majority of people want someone they actually like. That's the number one criteria. Good looks is a nice bonus, but not the primary reason to choose someone.

As for small boobs. A LOT of guys actually prefer small boobs. I'm one of them. There have even been quite a few questions on this site that show it's very common for guys to like smaller boobs.

Big boobs tend to be a young man's toy and fetish. Most guys grow out of that phase.

Good looks also tends to catch the eye. But that is very fleeting. Once they open their mouth they need to have something to say. Because what they say is WHO they are, which is more important than a pair of knockers.
