Girl said I sound like a twelve year old?

Maybe this is why I never hear back from these girls. I don't know she's probably just a cunt, I mean who opens with that statement? I mean throat is sore right now so it should sound a good bit more manly. I think it just gets distorted by the audio, because one time I talked into my phone recording my voice and played it back and it sounded pretty close to what I hear myself when I talk. It was just a touch higher pitch, but not bad. What do you think is it poor quality audio?
