lots of people including men fill the voids in life with cheap easy fixes like sex, drugs, drinking. which only band aids the problem temporarily instead of putting in work. most people have no idea who they are, can't answer the simplest of questions when asked such as favorite song or something that trivial. therapy isn't always needed sometimes its just the journey of finding out who you really are is needed
