Long story short I dated a girl I met at the gym last year for a month and I got needy. Eventually we stopped talking in February and dated other people.
From Feb-June every time she saw me at the gym, she would flirt and blush around me like crazy which was weird so I kept my distance.
June we were both single again but it was my birthday and she didn’t wish me it till when I saw her after and she wanted me to know hers in Sept. I did not rush into anything but I left her alone for the summer and came back around on her birthday two weeks ago.
She was in Italy and I DM’d her a funny teasing way to say happy birthday and she played along then stopped texting me. I had a feeling this was a test to me to chase her so I pulled back till last week.
Weirdly enough I work in film and tv and I released a film trailer that blew up my social media and took everyone by surprise. She tried to watch my stories one by one for me to notice and I ignored her as I was interacting with friends online. She then unfollowed my studio page and it got my attention.
5 days ago, I saw her and hugged her for a while and we talked and I noticed she was blushing and tried to be coy. We set up an ideal date for bowling but I couldn’t give her a definite date for my job so I planned on knowing later this week for my schedule. She understood.
3 days ago I was leaving the gym and we saw each other, she cracked a smile and said “you again?” I told her to let me see her face and caressed my fingers under her chin and she turned red and said that’s what I thought. She said what and I said what playfully and she smiled and walked away till I said hey! She turned around and I said bye.
Yesterday I saw her and I said it was funny for pointing me out like that and she made fun of me, it caught me off guard. Now, I playfully told her I’d destroy her in bowling and she asked when because of her boss making her work but I didn’t have my schedule so we aimed for the next week after that. What gives?
