How do you help a bad women that go jail and dose bad thing?

How do you help a bad women that go to jail and dose bad thing? Well I will not say who she is but she want to jail for Domestic violence and Having weapons while intoxicated. I think her ex may hit her and guys use her a lot. She need money all the time for her kids and her self she dose not have a car and she may have been robing guys with her bff. but I don't know if the last thing is true. she make money from the guys that go out with her. she dose not seem to be forced but I don't know. she said she dose not use drugs but I don't know if she drinks. people say I can not help her cause it her life but I want care for her. I hate how every one give up on her. like why can I not help her? I do not get why I can not keep trying to help. I wish someone would help her. I don't know who to go to do I go to the cops they will not do anything and they try to put me in jail. where do I go or who do I call to get her help? she dose not seem to want me in her life but I know her life will be bad if she dose not change and it just sad for me to wach or to worry. I wish I never know her. I wish it was not like this.
