[Help!!!] She's talkative with others but me?

One day I said to her, you are confusing me with your actions, and I can't understand you. She was getting off of the bus shortly and look back just to look at me.

From that day she smiles at me, doesn't panic around me. Wait for me to sit by her. Her body language says nothing bad.

But she doesn't speak a word ( only with me). Friendly and talkative with other people. Very outgoing.

Tried to talk some normal things like work etc. She's not interested replying. Just listening. Maybe she's not in to small talk?

How can I figure this out. Now that she really knows im in to her is it better to show my feelings little by little to her?
