Girls, How should I interpret a woman telling me that she wants to give me children on our first date?

I've been talking with this girl for a while now, like 9 months. When I first asked her about what she wanted out of life, she was generally unsure about what she wanted about marriage or kids. She told me that all she knew was that she wanted to buy her own house and own a dog.

The night we met up, she was totally different. She was enthusiastically telling me about how I'm everything I claimed to be, how she wants to be married, have a family, etc., asking what it would take to convince me to move down.

I appreciate the lady expressing her desire for me, but I kind of feel like this is a little much. I like her a lot, but I don't know if this is a redflag.

Ladies, how seriously should I take comments like this, and is it a red flag?

At 28 I wanted to be married before I had my first child and financially stabled to have one. I’m almost 30 today and just now trying for a child. I don’t think on the first date that should be brought up.
