What does it mean if a girl says “you are sincere”?

There is a girl i have a crush on and i get nervous around her and she asked me why i get nervous. I told her “i dont know” because i didn't know what to say.

she then told me “do you feel nervous around girls? Dont you have a girlfriend?” I said no.

and then later on she said “you are sincere”.

A few days ago we were talking normally and she grabbed my arm and pulled me towards her snd then put her hand on my stomach and was really close to me. She wasn't talking to me and just looked at me.
