Why would a girl follow me on instagram, then unfollow me, then follow me again?

im talking to this girl and she tends to show she likes me but when we get close she shies away and she does stuff like unfollowing me on instagram, then following me again then unfollowing me again without any provocation. why do u think thats going on?
