I see so many comments referring to women as powerful. Lol So what makes women powerful? It's like feminists want to make the impression that women are glorious so they throw around the word powerful.

I won’t describe other women because frankly I see a handful of men as stupid, and indifferent, and a handful of women as weak and overly emotional and less logical.

My mother was very powerful, she made me feel and believe in myself in such a level, it’s unreal.

The power is one of influence and yeas as another user said, of knowledge.

Knowledge is power

influence is power.

If we want to get technical

everything is an outlet of power..

energy cannot be created not destroyed..

kinetic, potential…

You know why this question is really really REALLY stupid?

because the questioner is asking with a lens and forcing everyone to believe and answer in a way where the concept is carried that “power comes from gender.”

From a male point of view for me it is her influence and her support. Behind great men are also a great woman. There’s definitely truth behind that saying.

People underestimate the power of influence a women truly has. A woman can make or break a mans career or life. It’s very much more potent and visible seen through celebrity’s. You see the new guys in sports spotlight getting with fickle women and then you start hearing all types of drama because she using him for menu and don’t really care for him and blah blah.

The right women can make a man better or worse. The man is the head and pride of the home, and the woman is the backbone in a marriage.

Like for example Donald trumps ex wife. That women was perfect for him, I forgot the details but she was into business as well and if I remember properly she use to help run his business and she was very good, I feel she would have made a better First Lady for him, but as imperfect as we all are as human beings they divorced. what a tragedy.

I fell for a friend, also a degreed engineer, who was just absolutely gorgeous. Not because she is physically "hot"; I mean, she is indeed pretty- long dark hair, jacket, slacks, cute glasses. But what made her gorgeous was her ability to balance between innocent femininity and mechanical ruthlessness.

At work, her determination and intelligence commanded people. She carried a certain conviction which put her above her male counterparts. Quick. Witty. Super intelligent socially- she could size up peoples intentions without saying a word. She made decisions and stuck by them.

And yet, at her core, as i truly began to know her, she was incredibly timid. Shy even. And when i earned her heart she was so selfless and giving. Her voice would tremble or become soft around me. Her touch so gentle. She smiled with her eyes, which beamed right through my soul.

Many times she would walk away from me and id stand there in a confused stupor, whispering "wow"

That, ladies, is power.

Nothing. Women are weak by design. Mentally, physically, you're dependent on stronger entities, namely men. This female empowerment BS is about giving women an easy ego boost since they can't muster up confidence. They always have to compare themselves to others or talk themselves up.

Everything about a woman's biological idiosyncrasies suggests codependence. They're far more social and conformist, tend to be indirect and sneaky to avoid looking bad, and their bodies are designed to please men and support babies. Most importantly, you put your feelings first regardless of how intelligent you are. Somebody with these limitations can't be fully trusted to be reliable. What's worse, most of them seemingly don't know or refuse to acknowledge this even if they're doing it to your face.

Women don't even like each other very much. Sounds contradictory, but keep in mind that women hate weakness and seek out the strongest men. Since their survival and psychological well being are overwhelmingly dependent, they see other women as a threats.

Before somebody poorly attacks me, I'll just leave some articles about women imploding in their own company.

Women despite being weak in physical strength in general have been given things she can use more readily to survive.

Like beauty, sex, and all these things related. Women trying to be like men are stupid if they think they are doing something great.

They need to realize that women you being hired by corporations is not for some good ends They are using you for advertising, for secretary roles, visual appeal, and other such purposes because you see my dears, your intrinsic value is in beauty.

Haven't seen a lot of women in blue color jobs. Why? Because women can't work in strenuous jobs like men.

Though I salute the bravery of women snipers and Tank crews from the WW2 but you must understand they were not beautifying there bodies. Most were used for purpose only in desperate cases.

Only women I truly believe we're the real positive feminist were and are still the USSR women. They worked like hell. They are intelligent and they don't show there bodies and think it is liberating. Not to generalize but they worked for pride and honor. US women worked for money and fame. There is a big contrast

Ya wanna know what  really  makes a woman powerful? Having an ability to motivate or inspire others. Carrying herself with a character and humility that leaves an impact on people. A lot of people like to say that sex and manipulating people is what makes women powerful. That doesn't make them powerful. Manipulating or trying to persuade people in cunning ways is calculation. Like dark psychology. You don't have a strong character or personality that commands respect, and not enough confidence to know how to impact people in brighter or deeper ways, so you feel that trying to control others on the sly is your only strength. If I went out here and did everything women do to try to control, persuade, or manipulate people, no one would be saying I'm powerful. Rather they would be saying I'm a narcissist or coward with no balls, who has to hide behind manipulation in order to be strong or get things done.

Power most often means influence. A world leader isn't powerful because they're physically strong. They're powerful because of the control and influence they have. The same with armies. Even if one is physically weaker, if they use tactics that make them more feared, then they are more powerful because they have greater influence. And in companies. The boss isn't always the one who can bench press the most. They are usually the one with the most influence.

When someone says women are powerful, they likely mean it the same way. Women have influence over themselves as free agents, and influence on other people as family, citizens, workers, teachers, warriors, bosses, world leaders, etc. They hold positions of power, and in themselves the capacity to be powerful. They are humans after all, and humanity is inherently powerful. Humans are the dominant species on the planet. We are nowhere near the strongest, but we have the greatest influence.

What makes a woman have power is by being a good person that makes a powerful or influential man care about and value her so he would protect her and do things to please her and make her happy more often.

The other way would be for her to have a position with power over others such as being a politician or teacher. Still though, that only works if men let it because regardless of a job title or money, many men could still kill the "powerful" woman with their bare hands if they wanted.

More than anything, confidence. Also, an ability to see through bullshit. Not confidence to the point pf arrogance which can be off-putting. Confidence is, in many ways, the opposite of neediness and neediness is never attractive- maybe if you're sick enough to get off on someone being "necessary but not too many. I healthy individuality is attractive. Also, and I need to watch for this on my self is trying to change certain opinions. I need to be careful to recognize that I'm not the expert in everything and that if she has a different opinion I've seen this problem in myself. If you are attracted to someone who is- by definition- different, at first,; why do people need to be make sure her taste in music, movies, art etc. the same as mine. I think everyone wrestles with that. They may not say they agree, but I think its universal

Might sound cliche but her ability to grow and push out a new human in 9 months with nothing more than a man's sperm. Women end up having a special connection with that new life especially if he's a son. It's a power that's almost unmatched. Women also have immense power in their warmth.
