Why is this woman telling me personal things about her life?

my new boss is telling me personal things about her life.

i dont mind i'm just curious why she does it.

like how her step father used to touch her when she was younger after she told me this she was like i dont tell many people this dont tell anyone i told you.

Very unprofessional I would start recording dates/ times when she does these things just in case you need to go to HR someday. Maybe she just needs someone to talk to so be nice as you can while keeping it professional.
