Why I get into bitch mood?

All of a sudden im in angry annoyed bitch mood

Wanna be rude and sarcastic to my boyfriend and in general

I dunno where this comes from

It happens all of a sudden

Anybody knows why?

And no im not on period or pre period or ovulating etc

It's hormones. Could be you're under a lot of stress right now, not sleeping well, forgot to eat, or having a lot of strong feelings you're not dealing with. Could be a medication you're taking. I know when I take certain meds they make me really irritable (specifically mood stabilizers, depression/anxiety meds, or birth control) which is why I don't take them anymore. Do some self reflection and work on getting in tune with your body. Sometimes we have triggers that we don't even know about so when those triggers happen we respond but we don't understand what happened that caused that response.

It may not be period but both men and women can have mood swings based on hormones and a whole host of body endocrine system related stuff.

Low blood sugar is another option.
