Why would a girl post a lot of pictures of her with guys if she is talking to a guy?

My brother is talking to a girl who he followed on instagram but she hasn't followed him back. They text basically every day and snap chat. She invited him to a party and posted pictures of her with other guy friends there but not him.

Again, just weird.

He is in the friend zone, that's why. He has failed to ask her out and show intentions that doesn't align with friendship only. If he likes her, he should have made a move and asked her out on a date.

When you say talking. Do you mean dating. Because if you just mean talking, then technically it's just talking. She or he, who says taking to a such person only means only talking. So why even bother with emotional attachment. If he only talks to her and never made his move to ask her out or to become a couple. Then you are just a friend to talk with.

He is very interested in her. But I don't think she is interested in him. I was hoping to get other perspectives because he says I'm just being an overly cautious big sister. BUT to me, there are too many red flags. Like yes, SHE asks him out for the dates and texts him, but at the same time, she seems to do that with a lot of guys.
