Do women wear leggings for attention?

I work at grocery store and the amount of women wearing leggings and camel toes showing I see is staggering

Do they crave attention? they know everyone would stare at them not at their face but at their leggings is that their goal?

As a woman who prefers leggings over any other type of pants, I'm going to say no. That's not the goal. Leggings are just super comfy and easy to move in. They can be worn with almost anything and still look good. The camel toe thing probably just means the women are wearing leggings which are too small and therefore, show too much detail in the wrong areas. Maybe they're aware of it, maybe they're not. I'm sure most women know that guys will look but they also know that guys are gonna look regardless of what they wear. So might as well wear something that's comfy which they enjoy wearing. Also, maybe they just came from or are on their way to the gym. You never know. Either way, most instances are not for attention but for personal convenience.
