Why does this woman look away/turn her back to me when with her friend but smile and make eye contact when she’s alone?

Ok, so there’s this woman at work who I like. There’s been a lot of signs to suggest she is interested (smiling, blushing etc). I’ve noticed that when she’s with her colleague (they’re a team of two) she doesn’t make eye contact (if she does, her eyes quickly dart away) or acts as if I’m not there. Her colleague often looks at her and then at me when they walk past… so maybe she knows something?
Why would she ignore me when with her colleague?

getting to my office he was sitting out side when I came up, my temp morring Boss very loude as I wakked in and followed me in to the office, we went through the things that needed , and I said Send him in in 5 min. Well! he ha changed to the person I see the morring before. I just said Do you know why your here now? my phone rang and he had to wait as it was a buyer. after th call I said again DO YOU know why you are here. he look very glum and said he Sorry but I did not know you were the big boss in a van yesterday. so I said go get me a tea form the canteen while I have a think, and tell them its for me!
