Why do some women look at my lower regions (apologies for the odd question)?

I know its a weird question but I work retail and it’s something that’s made me uncomfortable of late. I will frequently be talking to a female customer and they will break eye contact to glance and my lower parts. Normally I wouldn’t care because I know sometimes without intent our eyes drift for a split second, whatever. But like Im a taller guy (so there’s no reason to be looking down), my work pants aren’t revealing, and its not even subtle, they will break eye contact and just look there. It just makes a me a little uncomfortable. sometimes it will we within like a few seconds of eye contact and I don’t know what to make of it. Sorry if it’s weird to ask, or if anything was phrased offensively.

Why do guys look at my boobs? I'm guessing the same reason girls are looking there though I never have witnessed that and never done it myself. Maybe it is in your head and they really aren't purposely looking there but looking away because of awkward conversation or they are shy. People will look down in those circumstances. Don't read too much into it or over think things. Likely they are not intentionally do it.
