Would a girl turn shy over a guy she didn't like?

As said im confused over someone not being my usual type, but i get so shy over him and can't talk like i normally do, but even tho i think he's cute im not going nuts over him surely if i didn't really like him i should still be able to talk?

It's not unusual at all. That's pretty typical to be honest. You've got a thing for someone and you're nervous. Those nerves can come from fear of him not liking you back or rejecting you. They can come from not knowing what to say or thinking you might say the wrong thing. There are lots of reasons that could make you shy around a guy you like. The hardest part is getting over that initial hurdle of starting a conversation and getting to know him. Once you get past that and hopefully things go well it gets easier.

See this is what im saying, i never felt anything for him before he started flirting and im not sure if its him or the attention i like. It would be sods law if the only guy that ever asks me out n i dont actually like him like that😂

Well that's what you've gotta figure out... whether you like him or the attention of someone flirting. With you. Only you can know that.

Mm true, its still early days n part of me wonders if he'll stop soon enough, the thought of that or he's using me could b holding me bck. I need someone who makes me laugh and he's not really done that so far
