No. Unless it's something important. Like if a girl told me she was really insecure about the quality of blowjobs she can provide, the sympathy I would have for her would make empaths cry for miles, and of course I'd offer whatever assistance she may need to help her through this difficult time. But if she's insecure about, for example, her fashion choices, I'm going to pretend I don't know what clothes are.
