Everytime I go to kiss her on the lips she recoils by reflex while acting shy and she's constantly on her feet. I'm dull but I try my best to show her I care for her by texting her good morning, asking how her day is and often times spoiling her and we've been together since March 12, 2023

Communication is of the essence. If you want a problem to be solved within your couple, you have to sit down together and talk about it. Don't text or make any video calls but you have to talk on a face-to-face basis with her in real life.

If she is shy, then she may have a reason for it. She could have been assaulted in a previous relationship or have had an abusive partner and that may be the reason why she pulls back.

She could also be aromantic or asexual or the entire relationship is going way too fast in her eyes. Taking it slow and avoiding physical contact may help her. Good luck.
