She has been showing signs of flirting like talking about play fighting together, touching his side, touching his foot when he walks by, touching his shoulder. She has also kept wanting to hang out with him when they get the chance. Only problem is... he found out she has a boyfriend. Why is she showing him these signs. What should he do?

I'd say your boy needs to put some distance, quick. He shouldn't be another dude's sloppy seconds ya know? Plus she may just be playing games - how's he know she won't bounce between both of em?
Tell him to have a real talk with her, set some boundaries. Let her know she needs to sort her own mess out before he can even think about kickin it.
If she's really lookin to branch, she'll leave dude. If not, then your boy saved himself some major headache down the line. Either way, no good can come of sneakin around behind another man's back, you feel me?
Best thing is for your boy to keep it casual from now on till she gets her situation straight. That's the only move that won't come back to bite. He'll find a girl who's really down for him, no question.
He should forget about her. If she’s not into her man then she needs to break it off. See the thing about a lot of women is they like to get their men into situations that men end up having to deal w because of choices she made. Like a fight. Out at a club or wherever, she starts some bs w some dudes which gets her man involved. Maybe gets his ass kicked but she’s not held responsible for her actions. If she’s doing this to her current boyfriend, imagine her possibly doing the same to your buddy. This shows what kind of loyalty she has, her integrity, values, etc.
u Tell him to tell her to essentially knock it off because that's so not cool. He would be faciliting cheating if he let's it continue. Also explain to your buddy that he doesn't want a girl that does that sort of thing anyway. Get him to realize that he would be next. Once she got bored with him why would he think that she wouldn't do the same thing to him? She sound like the type that is always going to be looking for the next best thing and when she thinks she has found it she moves on.
