Now I feel like the bad person feeling needy but it her felt for not telling went she wants to meet or if she is not ready or to busy so if she gets rid of me then that's kind of stupid

I've been on the apps too if she's still talking to you thats a good sign she prob is still deciding if she wants to go on a lunch with you or maybe she's talking to someone else and ur a backup and giving her comfort if the other guy is not it. But if u want to be more direct just be like hey i really want to take you out, are you free this weekend? And then you decide lunch options for her to pick from. Girls like initiative. Not some guy saying lets meet somewhere someday sometime.

it’s scary. please be patient. when chatting, it seems the next step should be meet in person. once that has been expressed it’s somewhat of a relief but at the same time the cold feet kick in
