So I have been with my girlfriend for 2 weeks now and long story short she had a guy friend she played games with, she swore up and down that the conversation has never been sexual but recently I found out he has made sexually suggestive remarks in the form of jokes, she has since removed him, but she also has a female friend she met on tinder, her excuse for having her is that she was scouting the competition but I’m worried it’s more than she is letting on

How did you find out about all of this? Did you dig to find out about these jokes or did she tell you?

If she was open with you and removed him, I would give her the benefit of the doubt. Have the talk about being exclusive if you haven't and give the relationship a chance.

I asked her about him, she swore he was a friend and no sexual comments or attraction was there, she tried to show me a section of it but then I started scrolling, she got quiet, seemed nervous but didn’t stop me, then I saw comments

I would try to give her a clean slate. Everything is still really fresh and you guys are still getting to know each other, your boundaries, and your expectations.
She unfriended him as a gesture of goodwill. Give her the benefit of the doubt so that you guys can move forward.
You don't want to start a relationship on shakey ground and not having faith or trust in your partner is a good way to kill the relationship before it even begins.

As far as the friend that's a girl, I'll admit that it seems a little weird to start a friendship that way, but it doesn't necessarily mean there's anything more there.

That being said, once you guys have established exclusivity, the Tinder app should be removed from your devices.

So if you were on tinder looking and so was she, I doubt either of you was looking for long term. All I can say is ask her, if her going both ways bothers you break it off.
