Girls, a girl at my gym keeps glancing at me but always look away extremely fast when I try to hold eye contact. Why?

I caught this girl at my gym looking at me several times over the last months, she either checks me out with her sideeye or looks at me from really weird mirror angles or during a heavy set where I have to focus. She also ignores me in some sort of way, I can't really explain me but when I go to a machine near her she almost freezes up and just stares straight into the air like a statue. When I try to hold eye contact with her she abruptly looks away. This is going on for months now. She also has no gym friends she talks to she is always alone. I'm a little bit shy mself, is she into me?

There's a chance she's into you but only going from that I can't be certain. If I were you I would try to start a small conversation with her but not shoot your shot right away.
