Would it be a red flag if the restaurant only hired female servers?

i guess it would depend exactly why the place only hired female servers/bartenders. and this place isn't like hooters or twin peaks its a smaller more local place.

i'm not exactly sure why a business would only choose to hire female servers as it doesn't seem to make any difference in terms of business at the places who have both men and women. and having only women could give off the impression you only want single men to come in

no offence but even hooters has black and latino servers , this guy is like all out white nationalist or something , think how out of touch his restaurant is going to appear 5 or 10 years from now if its not already appearing out of touch with reality

restaurant put out a job wanted add but they claim there not looking for servers? how can a restaurant not be looking for servers but looking for every other position? another red flag as it appears owner is very selective and doesn't want none hot women to even apply to be a server there

Plus, young women need job experience in order to start building their resume's.

i've heard the argument too that its good for business , but is lots of successful restaurants here that have male bartenders or servers. so not sure i believe that in reality or that is the actual reason he decided to not have men on bar.

but like he is too focused on lonely single male drunks than actual population which wouldn't care if server was male or female

i admit that i have liked a number of the female servers there and though they did a good job but i definitely would not be bothered if there was a male bartender mixed in.

see the appeal in having some good looking women working the bar but don't think it needs to be exclusive in the sense , the odd male server is not going to ruin anyones night out

and owner is missing out on the female market which might actually be more appealed by a hot male bartender , i know at this one country bar i went to this girl would always get drinks at the same spot and it was always this guy who had tattoo's and was the bartender there

whats also odd is he has them wearing dull uniforms , like it will be summer and he has them wearing blue jeans and a t shirt ( which is dark in colour ) so you cannot see anything and no clevage or belly visible , it doesn't even seem summer like and not appealing but there really hot girls so odd he hires them to only put them in such dull clothes

i know doesn't seem like this was a business decision rather he personally only wants women and going all out to keep it that way , doesn't even post ads to job sites looking for staff cause he'd legally have to accept resumes from men and women he deems undesirable

the uniforms are the hardest part to understand , all these hot younger women yet were not allowed to see anything , despite fact its summer and girls here dress in revealing clothes and wear bikinis all summer. one of the girls i saw a picture of her at a music festival it was insanely hot that day so she walked around in a bikini , yet at this bar she doesn't wear anything revealing and we don't even get to see the tiniest bit of clevage yet she always dresses down when not there so weird

true but not true , the owner does get to decide who to hire and if he feels comfortable having them work in the restaurant.

but there is also legal decisions and laws in my country , that say you cannot discriminate a ob applicant based on there race or sex.

so if he is not hiring men or not hiring minority women ( black / south Asian ) intentionally its hard to believe he did not discriminate against them based on a prohibited ground ( race or sex )

yeah he gets to decide who works in the restaurant but we have laws in this country that say that what he is doing is illegal and amounts to discrimination of potential employees based on there race or sex

its also illegal to post online job ads here that only allow for 1 sex to apply ,

so he doesn't post any job ads online looking for servers , that is how far he is willing to go to prevent a man from applying to be a server in his restaurant , is that not a major red flag?

why does it matter so much to him that no man serves there? it surely cannot really be a business decision , all the other popular restaurant here have men and women working the bar. and women of different sizes too not all super hot ones and people still go there

i really doubt anyone decides to go to a specific restaurant based on the hotness of the server other than a small % of single lonely men who are really undisierable anyways and bring nothing to the business

as mentioned i agree the owner needs to be comfortable with a new hire working for the business and representing it in front of customers.

but the question is why exactly is he so uncomfortable with the idea of a male server/bartender? or same with a visible minority server? like our fast food places are full of east indians , ain't 1 working at this restaurant as a server.

why would he be so uncomfortable with a non white women with big boobs representing the business? it seems to me that its only about bod and looks to him

to boost his failed ego he needs a bunch of hot women working for him or something , definitely something weird going on with this guy.

Have you ever seen an actual drive in, like Sonic, have male servers? Not many men in that particular field, they are more the chefs. It is just expected to see more female servers than male, so it would not be a red flag to me.

no its being done on purpose , hasn't been a male server for years , owner also doesn't post job ads looking for servers on job sites cause in my country legally he would have to accept applications from men and women he is uninterested in hiring such as minorities and unattractive women

he also doesn't hire any unattractive women or minorities ( generally ) was one girl who is maybe mixed race like meghan markle but i'd hardly consider her to be black

has been other red flags too , so many i could not even begin to list them all , but earlier this week i saw owner had a page on instagram , boy is it weird. not 1 single picture of himself which is clear or viewable

and he is following some seriously weird pages , one was called " portslit " a semi pornographic page linked to only fans.
another called " ultimatefemelles " a page devoted to women with ideal bodies

also " tfmgirls " not sure what its about but features hot girls

and " officialgirlsnextdoor " well you get the idea

gave me a bad vibe about the place that maybe this guy was just a rich pervert who had enough money to open his own restaurant and hired a bunch of hot girls to staff it

it wouldn't be uncommon here for golf courses to hire a bunch of hot girls as cart girls but there more like private clubs for the rich , not a public restaurant located downtown that is open to anyone.

i feel bad for the girls who work there now , but they only seem to care about money so what can i really do about this , i can't give them the same amount of $ he is paying them to work there.

also feel this guy must have a skeleton in the closest as they say , i just can't seem to figure out what it is and since he appears to have grown up in a small town far away from here it might be very difficult to find out

i have 2 theories as to why he opened the restaurant the way it is with all these hot women

1- he had a hot girlfriend like this in his youth ( white early 20's big boobs ) and is trying to relive his youth

2- he was the guy in high school who didn't get the girl for whatever reason and these are the girls he always wanted but could never get

3- a more sinister reason , he's just a rich perv , has a bad history with women like this ( maybe even sexual assault or attempts at sex which was did not go over well ) and so created this restaurant as a way to be around them but not necessary a way to get with them now due to age diff

like today i went for breakfast at a diner in another town , it has servers of various ages ( 16-50) , and such working there , no men but the women aren't like all hot , some more average or such, doesn't appear they've been hired cause of looks

why does someone move hours away from where they lived to open up a restaurant where only hot women can be servers? that by itself is a huge red flag

cause if it was a legitimate restaurant the level of attractiveness of the server would not be the only reason why they were hired in the first place. major restaurants here hire servers of all shapes and sizes , men/women , to only hire hot women ( 18-30 ) seems like a red flag that something is up with this guy
