Once at school I was absent because I was sick and the next day when I came in class this girl in my class asked me ”why u didn’t came yesterday” in a worried voice?

I guess she was worried about you. As others have said she may be attracted or just have human empathy, at worst she’s nosey. Nice to have people with basic human empathy. Something many people lack these days. Too many people are lovers of them own selves. Almost like I read that somewhere. Hmm…

Typical for your age, you perhaps wish that there's 'more' behind her inquiry.
Where chances are 50/50 naturally.
But it doesn't hurt at all to let her know that you appreciate that she asked.
