Honestly I don't know what you think would change with this girl or why she would be dating material. You are prob better off friend zoned unless you are into that being teased by a woman that she is having sex with other guys because that seems to be this one's thing. Are you sure that you guys are indeed in that age group (36-45) because honestly, the behavior is more like the one of early teens.

Her silly behavior is indeed an indicator that you are on that ill-famed friendzone. I would not worry too much because at your age, those friendzones come and go. In any case, I don't think that she is mature enough to be in that age group and I start to wonder how much of the entire story is actually true.

A mature lady would never do something like that as it clearly shows that she has not much education, self-esteem and dignity. It is the typical behavior of a low class woman that needs self-validation.
