Does this girl have feelings for me or is it still friend zoned?

I developed feelings for a girl while at uni. This was back in 2008. We were really really close and got on well together. As we were friend zoned, I left her because I was too scared to tell her about my feelings. I didn't want to lose her as a friend.

Now, after 9 years later I met up with for the first time. She asked me why I left and I told her the truth about developing feelings for her. She was cool about it and said I should of told her and she said you never know what could of happened. And I shouldn't of held my feelings in. At the end of meet up she said I shouldn't hold in my feelings in from now on and it's not good to do so.
Is she expecting me to say something to her? I still have feelings for her even though I didn't see her for 9 years but I have been texting her since February

The day after I told her, she's been calling me and texting me more than she was before. I ignored her call because I was busy and she text me and said Oi

Today, just to tease her a bit, I said I'm not going to call her again and literally a minute later she replied why what? And called me straight away

I do really like her. What should i do? What's does this all mean?

I would have to guess that she is keeping an open mind. At least, she does not want to lose you again, and when you walked away 9 years ago because you were afraid of losing her as a friend, you did indeed lose her.

If you indeed still have feelings, explore them to determine if they are true feelings or are they residual feelings from the past? I think its time to explore the possibilities and in the end, you won't lose her either way. Good luck to you my friend, I hope things work out for the best.

Don't tell her anything, ask her out and see if there is any chemistry between you two outside of friendship. Of course if/when you do this, don't treat her like a friend.
