Why do strangers tell me I’m very beautiful but my friends and people close to me don’t really hype me up or compliment me?

Yeah I guess I need to provide more context. I don't know I’m feeling so ugly today 😂
Guys approach yes, probably like 1-2 times a month a guy will come up to me and tell me I’m gorgeous and ask for my number or make small talk. I catch a lot of people staring but I just have good style that’s it.
Yeah going out of their way to tell me.
I’m shy and not super outgoing so I can’t tell.

Ok. Well not to make you feel bad but I thought you were talking more than that, like 10 or more a month. I think most women are average. Most women can get at least a couple men a month to talk to them. Men usually can’t if they’re ugly. I read it as though men were just flooding your front door step to get to you.
