Girls, Are females pickier on dating apps, as a guy is there any sense to use them?

I just think that if a guy isn’t incredibly hot, tall, shows off his wealth online, what girls is he going to attract. Even if a guy is a 7/10, seems fairly straight forward with his direction in life and what he does and describes his persona, not sure how many matches he’ll get. In the last 10 years on dating apps I probably spent over $600 🤦🏻‍♂️ not one date.

But why would girls create accounts and not be serious? I feel like girls may just want attention to see who they can keep as options but nothing beyond that.

I used tinder once and I really liked this girl, guess how things ended? After a year of talking she says, I wonder what your thing looks like, can i see it, can you take a picture in this type of lighting. I felt sooo uncomfortable I was going to do it but I said forget it, she eventually stopped talking to me. These same girls complain, woah is me, past guys gave me trauma, guys don’t take me seriously, guys just want sex. It’s pure hypocrisy.

I’m not sure if you’re single but what’s the best way to meet girls in your opinion as a guy. I have guy friends who met their significant other at work. But I find work a bit odd because if I shoot my shot to go on a date and she rejects me it’s going to be awkward at work.

I won't recommend meeting her at work, rarely works
u could meet a good girl anywhere literally
just depends on ur luck n whom u will aim for
avoid looking in night clubs, bars, crazy parties, those with questionable lifestyles n it shall be fine
