No. I was that female a few years ago. Now I'm 31 and I still don't have kids. If judged a 28 year old female who had kids, I would be stupid.

Besides, there's no point in judging someone (male or female) for not having children. It's their life, it's none of my business.

Nope I wouldn't. Because first off who am I to judge when I myself don't want kids and it's their choice anyway. Everyone has the option to live their life the way they see fit. That includes not having kids if they don't want to.
