Why do I feel something weird about some people?

Like they show me kindness but I also feel they are also fake. Their energy is giving me mean girl vibes. But some people I feel like their energy is kind and calm like not fake persona. Maybe its my gut telling me something is wrong like I don't know I can feel something about them.

Actually I noticed my coworker about to say something to one of my coworker and then she kinda stopped saying when she notices I was inside the office and her eyes are kinda like staring. I have a feeling its me that they would talk about. Because earlier she was typing and our office has window for people to ask questions and I noticed a guy in yellow tshirt kinda standing on corner of window you can't see him unless you look on side. I noticed him and immediately told my coworker that she might have a client for Ob. (because we have different windows for inquiring mine is information hers is OB but were very near to each window) and then when I entered the buiding my coworker was about to say something to another coworker. So I have a feeling she's talking about me I don't know I just felt that way. Later on that day she confronted me that I should when I see people immediately regardless if its her client or mine I will entertain it immediately. I told her I just saw him when I saw him I told her immediately so I didn't ignore the guy for long. Like I felt like I was blamed for that when I just try to tell the guy is standing on her window. Me I think I was also busy at the time and my mind is thinking so many things that my mind went totally blanked. I have to type so many things. I have to interview another patient. I have to call ambu. So I felt so bad when I was blamed for not telling her immediately about the dude standing on corner of her window. But really when I saw the guy I told her immediately about that. So yeah my intuition is right the things she's about to say to another co worker is about me.

I think she said that to me so that her worload won't be big. Because she's typing. Thats why sometimes I hate saying things at work I get blamed for things.

Actually I have a feeling she's nice but hiding her true self in fake persona kinda like acting a nice woman but deep inside she's mean thats how I feel about her.
Yeah next time when I see a person standing on her window I will entertain it immediately regardless if its client of her or mine so that I won't get blamed.
And yes I will take your advice I won't say any thing about me to her so that she won't have any ammunition to gossip about me to my other co workers. Its not the first time she has done that I also noticed the other day like last week someone told her a private issue and she told another coworker and that another coworker told another coworker about that my coworker so that I found out that she can't keep a secret or private issues. I will be very careful around her now that she showed me her character. You are right karma has always a way.
