Yeah of course. Don't just say it like that. Work it into a conversation and let it come up naturally like "So I always wonder what drew you to me" and so on. Something more subtle than just why do you like me. That comes off as kinda weird and almost like you are asking how it is even possible or slightly insecure sounding. If you work it in more organically and with a softer approach then absolutely you can ask that. Just don't do it a year into a relationship or she might be like uhhh are you serious? You know what I mean? At that point you should know why she likes you.
