Is this a sign of shyness?

Everytime this girl speaks to me, her voice is noticeably softer, gentle, quieter than it Is with other people. With them she seems to talk in a normal voice, and is usually quite sociable, with me however, she's less talkative and her voice is either high pitched or really quiet

I've also noticed that she looks at me a lot, and she's been doing It for months

Could be that she's generally shy, could be that something about you makes her uncomfortable (ex. you remind her of someone, have a mannerism that she struggles with, etc). I guess she technically could also be interested, but I'd say one of the other two is way more likely unless she's tried to flirt with you (which is unlikely to begin with if she's feeling shy)

Not really? You're in the same space as her. Of course she's going to look at you, regardless of whether she feels positively or negatively towards you.
